Thank you Robert and all the commenters who I read to keep me going! Made it to day 30! This was harder than I thought it’d be, sometimes had to fit it in while my kids were trying to jump on me or loudly playing legos a couple feet away. Really proud of myself and looking forward to starting another challenge (after a couple day rest! :). )
Done. 30 practices. Thank you so much for all that you put into this series, for those of us who simply want to be "feeling alright". Mission accomplished. On the next adventure...

Hey there corinne !! This is my 1 month post challenge check in. Or rather it took me 1 month to reply to your awesome comment?? You choose :) Congratulations on finishing what sounded kind of difficult for you - kids, scheduling etc. Sometimes you can't just 'fit it in' - it has to become a non negotiable priority, it is a fundamental and integral part of your everyday, as difficult as it is. That's what's great about these challenges, it begins to create this good habit of practicing everyday. Anyway, thanks for all your sharing and hard work, I see you over there giving it your all!!
