Season 3 - Renee Sills

In Season 3, Renee offers a variety of gentle, yet strengthening practices with special attention to working effectively to maintain the health and integrity of the joints, specifically for those yogis with hypermobility. Practices will explore the anatomy and exploration of the pelvic floor, the abdominal wall, the shoulder joint, the psoas, the hips, and the upper back.
