Margi guides us through a sequence with keen awareness to our central channel, or Sushumna. We begin with a seated meditation to bring awareness to the central channel and the chakras, before moving through sun salutations, standing postures, backbending postures, and inversions, peaking with Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana). You will feel centered and balanced.
