Joy is a result of feeling supported, strong, and engaged, and our yoga practice can lead us to this experience. I'm Nathan Briner. Welcome to season one of Advanced Basics on Yoga Anytime. These 30-minute yoga lessons bring new depth to familiar poses through concise and purposeful instruction. We turn our attention inward to feel the power of our center, our core. We balance mobility with stability and create a grounded container from which to expand. My hope is that your yoga practice will become a source of inspiration and growth. I'm really excited to be here with you. Let's get started.

Hi Nathan, this is Jo here - just spotted that no-one had left a comment on here, so thought I would say hello. I'm the one who has done your 30 day challenge about 10 times...and last time through I really felt like I was getting somewhere - just with the regular things - I'm still a mile away from the advanced poses, but hey - small steps and all that! I was looking for something different of yours that still fits into 30 minutes - so this is perfect. I might look into your longer sessions after this. Thanks for creating these lessons. Jo.

Hi Jo S!! 10 times on the yoga challenge! That is fantastic! Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment here. These classes were really fun to do. I have really been diving in deep with the concepts in my line classes and people are loving it. Learning how to create resistance in the poses is helping people feel WAY better in their joints and muscle tendons. And they’re getting deeper into the poses comfortably.
