We will conclude the practice with a sweet Gayatri lullaby and guided meditation in honor of the longest day of the year.

Sounds great, but I am in Australia. Is it possible to include a variation for those of us in the southern hemisphere, a winter solstice version? Even if it is a 6 month old video, it would be great?!

Dearest Elise! That is a great idea. Sorry to be so Northern Hemisphere centric! We will be making our Fall Equinox and Winter Equinox practices later in the year and then there will be a complete set that can be rotated. xo kira
