It’s been super sweet to revisit Freedom Yoga with Erich after 9 years. I did the immersion 2012 in CA; and it’s awakened warm memories and sparked renewed intrigue practicing virtually some 9 years later. I forgot about the 3D dot thing. Trippy! It’s been an absolute treat- thank you for sharing these teachings, Erich. I’m pleased to say so much has seeped  into my own teaching and personal practice, in the best possible way xo
