Hi Alana, I did some of your yoga practices last year before I was pregnant. I am now 40 weeks plus 2 in my pregnancy! So I was amazed to discover you are pregnant also and now doing these sessions! I love your sessions. Some are a little too much for me, but I do the parts I can. You have a calming voice too.
Hi Ashleigh C! I am SO happy to hear from you. Congratulations!!! Wow, you are due any moment! So glad that you are modifying and doing only what feels right. I was 28 weeks when I filmed these classes (and I'm 37 weeks today). It's amazing how different my body feels each day. Wishing you a smooth delivery. So happy to be connected here. Love, Alana
Dearest Alana, So lovely seeing you expecting a baby! I am very happy for you! Big congratulations! Judging from the date of the last comment you have given birth already. I hope it was a wonderful experience. Perhaps we can see you with your newborn next on the show. Sending you and the babe much love, Gabriella Ps.: As we are continuously giving birth to our new Self/self (?) these practices could be useful for any of us, I feel.
