Lydia, I love these series. I bike about 20 miles a day and often need to stretch out and appreciate your focus on bringing yoga to athletic bodies. I was wondering if you will do any classes ( or have done that I have not seen yet) where you focus on the groin and inner leg muscles. Thanks for all your great classes!
