Namaste. So, find your knees wide, your toes touching. We're gonna inhale, reach the arms up, feel the heart open, exhale let the hands come forward, and just in a leisurely way you can just walk the hands forward one at a time, just reaching through each side, and then reaching the fingertips forward, inhale looking forward, exhale let the head come down, and let the tailbone soften back and down towards the Earth, so as you inhale, draw the breath into the lower back, and as you exhale, let the belly relax, just making any sighs or sounds to release the body, let the arms relax. Again, deep breath in, draw the breath into the lower back, exhale let the belly relax. This time as you breathe in draw the breath all the way up the back, feeling the shoulder blades part.

Exhale softening the chest to the front of the body. As you draw the breath in inhale peace, exhale any stress, worry, or tension down into the Earth. Inhale peace, exhale releasing any stress. The body relax, one more time inhale peace, exhale stress. Inhale peace, exhale peace.

Inhale look forward, slide the hands back, just placing the fingertips behind you, let the chest open, and exhale bring the hands together in front of the heart resting the thumbs in the center of the chest. Deep breath in, exhale out through the mouth. (exhales loudly) And just saying to yourself, peace in my body, peace in my mind, peace in my heart, peace always in my soul. One more breath in, exhale. Namaste, peace out.
