What are emotions and what are we do to with them when they are overwhelming and out of our control? It seems like we cannot know until we begin to meet them as intimate parts of ourselves and make room.
Sonia openly and generously shares her inner journey of how she found peace within some of the larger storms. In Season One of Yoga for Emotions, she offers practices for grounding, expanding, lightening up, calming down, and finding the essential quality of play. The primary teachings is that we can become our own medicine.
