Yoga Anytime officially launched on Thursday, October 23, 2014.
The purpose of the practices of yoga are to increase our capacity for the magnificence of what already Is. The bending, stretching, twisting, balancing, breathing, chanting, sitting, and such are all designed to loosen up the grip. This grip, or tension, that has all of us, keeps us from experiencing our life whole heartedly.
There are as many ways to practice yoga as there are people practicing yoga. Sometimes we make a connection with a teacher, sometimes with a style. Some of us find what works and stick with it and some of us prefer variety. Our purpose is to help you find what you are seeking.
You might be drawn to one of our Yoga Shows which are a collection of related practices and/or talks under a single topic. You might be looking specifically for vinyasa style sequences or anything in 30 minutes. Or maybe you search under Desire and pull up all the practices or coversations that might result in a deeper sense of Acceptance.
