We’re filming our latest Ayurveda Yoga Show
with the magnificent Ali Cramer
from New York. Season 1 focuses on practices to sooth and balance whatever dosha (vata, pitta, kapha) is agitated. In addition to a selection of 30-minute sequences, Ali is creating short emergency Ayurvedic interventions. The, stop, drop and swaddle to soothe the vata is my favorite so far.
1. Find a large blanket or towel.
2. Snuggly wrap the blanket around you.
3. Come to a kneeling seat or lie down.
4. Let yourself feel held as you allow your breath to deepen.
