Laura Tyree nourishes our longing for real down to earth human beings who are in it with us. Raised on a farm in Tennessee, she has grit and an intimacy with life. Simultaneously, her capacity for the unknown allows her to hold hands with the mystery.
Laura’s studio and yoga school, Dragon Fly Yoga, is tucked away in a corner of Florida which doesn’t allow easy access to her magnificence. The launch of her show, Yoga Alchemy, will give many a chance to play. We love her mix of mudra and mantra and sequences designed help us feel supported and open.
