I have a question.
I am currently practicing with your 6 week course. I am doing each practice for 2 weeks. Am I going to have access to the full course. Doing it my way makes it a 12th week course! I am currently on the 4th practice. I am really enjoying getting back into Yoga with you!

Hi Alana,

I am thoroughly enjoying this course. Even though I have been practicing for a while, it is good to return to the basics and learn where the practice is supposed to be felt. I appreciate the tutorials in how to use the strap, blocks and blanket too for I never really understood how to incorporate them into my own practice if they weren't shown in the video. My practice hasn't been consistent so beginning again with "Start Yoga" has been just what I needed. Thank you for putting this series together!

I really like the pace of this course. It is perfect for beginners, especially beginners over 45...LOL. I sincerely feel I have found a program I will stick with. Thank you!

Alana, I appreciate all you put into delivering this course. Your enthusiasm and love of yoga showed! It took me quite awhile to work through the course due to some unforeseen health issues. A few months ago I found out I am a congenital heart and lung patient - and I'm in my late 40s so it was quite a shock! But all my doctors are in agreement that yoga is one of the best things I can do for my health going forward. So, that said, I really appreciated learning the yoga basics from this course. I feel prepared for my personal yoga journey :) Thank you again for your joy, enthusiasm, humor, and love you clearly put into this course.   Namaste,  Lara

How many times i need to to repeat the practice?
Hi Wafa! So happy you're here. As many times as it feels helpful and interesting for you. I suggest doing each practice at least twice, so by the second time you already have a sense of what's coming and can hone in on new (or similar) details and discoveries.
