The autumn season so beautifully represents times of transition. For many of us, we find we have less energy even while the things on our plates start to grow. In Ayurvedic philosophy, autumn is the shift from the Pitta (fire) of summer to the Vata (air) of winter, and that can often leave opportunities to ground our energy and minds.
